Sure the internet can be a downer sometimes, but I choose to believe in its potential to enrich our shared humanity.
 
By designing user journeys and interfaces that reimagine online behaviors, I like to think my work (in some small way) helps the internet live up to its radical potential.

I’m a visual-thinker fascinated by the convergence of technology and storytelling. I grew up gaming on consoles and handhelds, exploring digital worlds tucked away in tiny plastic cartridges.
 
My parents were early dial-up adopters, so I’ve been a netizen long enough to remember how the internet used to be — a wild west of beautiful nerdom & chaos.

I believe in the promise of the internet. Growing up, my tech affinity was nurtured by forums, films, and sci-fi novels that have helped generations imagine what the internet could be.
 
Since then, we’ve all watched the net’s promise of youth fade. Instead of wielding the web as a revolutionary tool for self-actualization, we’ve grown complacent and accepting of profitable mediocrity that stifles human innovation.
 
I believe we, the people, deserve better.

I’ve never stopped dreaming about what the internet could be — a transformative space where anything imagined can feel possible.
 
I believe new and emerging technologies are the closest we’ll get to realizing that magic, so I’ve spent my career building digital products and experiences that reimagine what online behaviors can be.

By building user-first experiences. In my work, I lead product and design teams to discover creative solutions to real, complex problems. Using UX and design-thinking methodologies, we test and validate emerging tech applications with helpful, emotive interfaces.
 
It’s my belief that by facilitating more human behaviors in digital spaces, we’ll help set the internet back on course to realize its enriching potential.
